Order placed

Did you order before 11:00 PM? It will then be shipped the same day. We aim to deliver your package within 3-5 working days .

Once DHL or PostNL has collected it from us, an email will be automatically sent with the tracking information. All information about shipping times and rates can be found on our shipping & delivery page.

Track order

We aim to process orders quickly and ship within 24-48 hours of placement.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. In the shipping confirmation email you will find detailed tracking information to monitor the progress of your order. Use the tracking information provided to track your package via our delivery partner's website.

Return conditions

We have a return period of 14 days during which the customer can return his or her package without giving a reason. These 14 days start as soon as the package has been received. Please note that the return must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

All returned items must be undamaged and in pristine condition. It must be returned in the original box. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the fault is ours.

Return/exchange procedure

1. You may return the item within 14 days of receipt.
2. Send an email to info@klkdistribute.com
3. We would like to know the reason for return or which item you would like to receive.
4. Add the order number in the return box. ( IMPORTANT )
5. Create your own shipping label at the following address:
- Van Coehoornstraat 26
- 5916PH, Venlo


6. Take the package to the relevant parcel point
7. We will process the return and refund the money within 10 working days of receipt.

Refund

Once you return your items to us, you will receive your refund within 10 business days after the items reach our warehouse.

You can track the progress of your return with the track and trace provided by your chosen carrier, which will indicate when the package reaches our warehouse. The processing period of 10 working days starts from this moment. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account. If you have not received your refund within this period, please send an email to info@icon-amsterdam.com or click here so we can investigate this for you.

Our stock

All our products on the website are in stock. If the item is sold out, this will be clearly visible and you can no longer order the item.

Even if the customer has the last copy in his/her shopping cart, it will be reserved for 10 minutes and cannot be ordered by anyone.

This is variable. This could be tomorrow, but also next week. Please contact us for this.
